Maternity cover required for Receptionist/Administrator
Broadmead Surgery is a busy, fully computerised (SystmOne) practice located within Grand Union Village Health Centre in Northolt. We currently have over 4500 registered patients as well as seeing non-registered patients for community services such as anticoagulation, ECG, Spirometry etc.
We are looking for a new member of staff to join our friendly team for 25 hours per week to cover maternity leave for 1 year with the possibility of a permanent position. Shifts will be between 8am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday based on a set rota (5hrs per day) and sharing the rota for Saturdays 9am – 1pm.
Experience of SystmOne would be an advantage, however full training will be offered to the right candidate. We are looking for someone with good communication and customer service skills, proactive, with a “can do” attitude, who is able to demonstrate team working and who has previous reception experience. The successful candidate must be flexible in their hours based on the demands of the rota and to fit in with requirements of the surgery. All staff are required to cover annual leave and sick leave when necessary.
