Our GP Principal is a senior doctor who not only provides patient care but also has overall responsibility for the clinical and strategic leadership of the practice. Alongside diagnosing and managing medical conditions, he oversees practice operations, supports the wider clinical team, and helps shape services to meet the needs of our community. He plays a key role in ensuring high standards of care and the long-term development of the practice.

Our Clinical Assistant supports the delivery of patient care by assisting GPs with processing hospital letters, overseeing pathology and radiology reports, and help with home visits. He also helps manage non-NHS work requests, such as private medical forms or reports.

Our Clinical Pharmacist is a key member of the clinical team, specialising in medicines and prescribing. He also assists with complex prescribing queries, optimising treatment plans, and contributes to the overall quality and safety of patient care.

Our Practice Nurses are highly skilled professionals who provide a wide range of clinical care and support to our patients. Working closely with GPs and the wider team, they play a key role in delivering personalised, continuous care within the practice.

Health Care Assistants
Our Health Care Assistants (HCA’s) work under the supervision of our Practice Nurses to provide care to patients needing a variety of physical tests and other aspects of care to support the management on long-term conditions. This may include blood tests, ECG’s, 24-hour blood pressure monitors, injections for adults, simple wound care, spirometry, diabetic foot care and high risk monitoring, ear care, anticoagulation monitoring, smoking cessation counselling, etc.

Physician Associates
Our Physician Associates (PAs) are medically trained professionals who work under the supervision of our GPs to support the diagnosis and management of a wide range of health conditions. They take patient histories, carry out physical examinations, request and interpret tests, and help develop treatment plans. PAs manage both acute and long-term conditions, provide health advice, and support continuity of care across the practice. While they are not doctors, they are an integral part of our clinical team and help ensure timely access to care.
